What is Balanced Living?

Changing your life for the better may not be as difficult as you think. Some think it’s all about balance.

The fifth annual Balanced Living Expo will take place at the Trinity St. Stephen’s United Church (Heartz Hall/Burgess Hall), Amherst, N.S. on February 20, 2010 from 10 am – 4 pm.

An opportunity to let the community know what is available in the way of holistic, complementary healing. The event will feature a full day of speakers, exhibitors and demonstrators from fields such as stress management; massage therapy, chiropractic, yoga and much more.  See the list of exhibitors for more details on what is being offered.

It is important for the community to find out what is available, not only here but in surrounding communities like Oxford, Springhill, Wallace, Sackville, Moncton, etc.  There is so much.  When you have something like this, it has to affect the communities in a positive way.   It will bring a lot more togetherness and connection.”

Taking place from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m., the expo is also an opportunity for the different practitioners in the area to network with each other. Many of the different services tie in with each other.

Everyone in some way is able to use a little more balance, take this opportunity to find yours.
